Elaina Gerrety, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Elaina is our wonderful hygienist who loves helping kids build healthy smiles and positive dental habits from an early age. With a gentle approach and lots of patience, she makes dental visits fun, comfortable, and stress-free. She enjoys educating children and parents on proper oral care and is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where every child feels safe and confident. Elaina earned her dental hygienist degree from Fortis College in 2023. She is a Bethesda/Chevy Chase native, enjoys baking, live music, watching the Caps games, and spending time with her cat, Poe!
Vanessa Tellez, MHA
Operations Manager
Vanessa has been our Operations Manager for over five years! She is passionate about creating a positive and comfortable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. She oversees the smooth-running daily operations of the office, from scheduling to keeping you up to date on our social media outlets. She earned her Master in Health Administration from George Washington University and Bachelors of Science in Public Health from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Bridney Andino
Dental Assistant
Bridney is our lead dental assistant. She is fun and energetic! She eagerly awaits seeing your children for their next dental visit. Bridney aspires to become a dental hygienist and is currently taking courses to meet this goal. When she is not in the office, Bridney enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.
Amy Hernandez
Dental Assistant
Amy is very sweet and patient with all our kids! Amy takes her time to talk to each patient whether it’s about their favorite subject or their next vacation plans. Amy is passionate about dentistry and enjoys helping the dentist ensure all our patients have great oral health. On her free time, Amy loves shopping and traveling internationally.
Julissa Mera
Front Office Coordinator
Julissa is the first friendly face that you will see when you walk into our office as our amazing Front Office Coordinator. She has a decade of experience as a nanny, loves nature, enjoys home-cooked meals, and strong family values have always guided her. In her earlier years, she had the joy of dancing Peruvian folklore professionally. She also earned her Bachelors of Arts in Communications from the University of Maryland, College Park.
